What to contact us about

• Order status or tracking — include your order number
• A typo in your personalization — email within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it free of charge, before production starts
• A damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item — send a photo and your order number; we will replace it or refund you in full, with no return shipment required
• Delivery by a specific date — email us before ordering with your date and ZIP code and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable
• Wholesale or bulk orders of 25 units or more — put "Wholesale" in the subject line

All items are personalized and manufactured to order in the United States after your purchase. Production takes 2–5 business days and US delivery a further 3–7, for a total of 5–12 business days.
